Even more noticeable: compare 'Midnight City' to The Chainsmokers' ' Paris ', as well as Mike Posner's ' Looks Like Sex '. Midnight City was released in 2011, while Sleepwalking was released in 2013.

Some people will note similarities in the overall structures of 'Midnight City' and The Chain Gang of 1974's 'Sleepwalking'.

And the chorus lyrics on 'Angel' are clearly inspired by 'Angel of the Morning' by Merrilee Rush. Miller is credited as a composer on 'Angel'. Bitch ' by Meredith Brooks was mistaken by just about everyone as being an Alanis Morissette song.' Don't Shut Me Out ' by Kevin Paige was commonly mistaken as being a George Michael song thanks to their similar singing style.Regina's physical appearance and singing voice having a striking resemblance to an early Madonna to the point of being a Suspiciously Similar Substitute didn't help.
